The Design and Implementation of Online Medical Record System (OMRS)

The paper addresses the problem of paper based medical record and provides a solution of an online medical record which is cost and time effective. Among others, the system creates an appointment scheduler system, a platform for online consultation and allows patients control their own records while allowing Doctors access when they need it.
