Research Interests
DR. OLUJOBI, OLUSOLA JOSHUA has wide experiences in civil and criminal litigation, properties, corporate law practices, oil and gas, landlord and tenancy matters, Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial Practice, Maritime and Arbitration, among others. He is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Certified Ethics Officer (South Africa) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. His experience is multi-disciplinary and spans the legal, regulatory, commercial and contractual arena. This expertise covers the fields of oil and gas, mining, water, electricity, arbitration and international trade laws. He is particularly passionate about litigation, anti-corruption laws, strategies and mechanisms in the upstream petroleum sector, recovery, repatriation of proceeds or assets derived from corruption to prior legitimate owners, corporate governance issues in Nigeria and Africa.
