FALOLA, Hezekiah Olubusayo obtained his B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.D degrees in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management. He worked as Human Resources Executive for about six years in the public sector before he secured a lecturing job in the Department of Business Management, Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.
