Performance Measurement Framework for Construction SMEs

Performance measurement is a business tool for evaluating management performance and formulating corporate strategy. Although contemporary performance measurement frameworks have evolved in recent times, the aim of the study was to establish the measures used by construction SMEs for evaluating performance.
