Isolation and Screening of Fungal Isolates from Bambara (Vigna subterranea) Nuts for Tannase Production.

Tannase (Tannin acyl hydrolase, EC 3.1.1.20) is an enzyme produced in the presence of tannic acid by various filamentous fungi.
