Prior to commencing his Ph.D, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria.
